Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery areas

BhartariTea ships across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary for remote or service-restricted pin codes. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and process a full refund for prepaid orders.

2. Processing time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During sale periods or high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Delivery timeline

• Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other locations: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping charges

• Standard delivery charges apply as shown at checkout.
• Free delivery may be available on orders above the minimum amount displayed on the cart/checkout page.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms shown at the time of purchase.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details via SMS/email where available. You can also view order status from your account under My Account.

6. Delivery attempts

Couriers generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Please keep exact change ready where possible. COD orders may be verified by phone before dispatch.

8. Damaged shipments

If the outer packaging appears damaged at delivery, please note it with the courier agent and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for resolution.
